This primary rhinoplasty done via an open approach demonstrates the component dorsal reduction approach to rhinoplasty and it exemplifies the use and role of invisible grafts such as a columellar strut graft to reshape the nasal tip area. Non-destructive suture techniques are used to reshape and refine the nasal tip. Alar contour grafts are used to prevent long term alar rim collapse in the primary open rhinoplasty patient.
