The editors of this Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery are pleased to offer electronic publication of
accepted papers prior to final publication. These papers can be cited using the
date of access and the unique DOI number. Any final changes in manuscripts will
be made at the time of final, in-issue publication. As these PRS Online First
manuscripts represent raw, pre-production files, figures and tables have not
yet been professionally produced or laid-out, text has not been copyedited,
manuscripts have not been proofread by authors or staff, and papers will not
include any of the mentioned Supplemental Digital Content, including videos.
The PRS Online First versions of all Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
articles will remain the version of record until final publication. Once the
article has been officially set for an issue, we will begin production work on
the final version, which will replace the raw, accepted version upon
publication.
