All national ethical requirements were met to support this research. The IRB waived the need for informed consent from the validation group, as the data collection was retrospective. All data used in the analyses are presented in tables and figures. Unidentified data can be shared publicly. The participants or families were informed about the objectives of this study and a confidentiality statement. The participants and their families signed informed consent forms. Retrospective data were collected after obtaining institutional review board approval for these participants, and informed consent was waived.
