Adrenal myelolipoma (AML) is a rare disorder usually detected incidentally on imaging. Rarely, AML can be associated with congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Evolution of AML in patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia has not been described previously. We describe a patient who had myelolipomatous transformation on sequential imaging.
