Microsurgical techniques have made the salvage of devascularized digits possible. Although algorithms for digital replantation and revascularization exist, these procedures remain technically difficult and tedious. In multiple digit injuries, the complexity of replantation and revascularization is significantly increased. From our combined experience, we have found many “tricks” that have optimized digital replantation.
