This research note assesses HIV-negative young men who have sex with men's U=U awareness and perceived accuracy to inform this population's combination HIV prevention strategies. A study of young men who have sex with men demonstrated that preexposure prophylaxis engagement was associated with greater awareness and perceived accuracy of Undetectable = Untransmittable, a campaign aiming to educate about human immunodeficiency virus treatment as prevention.
