In Brief:
We present the case of a 73-year-old woman who developed bilateral pneumothoraces, pneumomediastinum, pneumoperitoneum, pneumoretroperitoneum, and subcutaneous emphysema after thoracoscopic-assisted anterior stabilization of a fracture of Th12. This combination of intracorporal air, which is potentially life-threatening, has not yet been reported after thoracoscopic-assisted treatment of spinal fractures.
