In Brief:
We report a case of HELLP syndrome (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes, Low Platelets) complicated by multifocal serous retinal detachments and papilledema, illustrated with multimodal imaging indocyanine green angiography that revealed an irregular choroidal perfusion and localized choroidal ischemia. Spectral domain optical coherence tomography provided assessment of retinal changes during the long-term follow-up, showing damages in the outer retina.
