Cathy Young, RN, MSN, has practiced nursing in many clinical settings and also taught in an associate degree nursing program. Ms. Young is currently assistant professor in the School of Nursing, Columbia Union College, Kettering, OH.

Debbie Saelinger, RN, BSN, is currently pursuing an MSN at Wright State University. Ms. Saelinger is the clinical nursing coordinator on the rehabilitation nursing unit at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH.

Pam Moore, BSN, is enrolled in the graduate nursing program at Ohio State University. She has taught at Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing, Dayton, OH, and has also been an instructor in staff development. Presently Ms. Moore is a primary nurse HI on the rehabilitation unit at Miami Valley Hospital.
