Dr. Janicak has disclosed that he receives grant/research support from the NIH, Genentech, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Janssen; is a consultant for Janssen, Pfizer, Sepracor, and Novartis; and is on the speakers' bureau of Abbott Labs, Janssen, Pfizer, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, Wyeth-Ayerst, Forest, and Eli Lilly.
The authors also have disclosed that they have included investigational information for the intramuscular (IM) formulations of ziprasidone, olanzapine, and risperidone. All three drugs are undergoing clinical development in the United States. The IM formulation of clozapine is not marketed in the United States, and to their knowledge is not undergoing clinical development in the United States.
