In this #FacetheCase video, PRS Global Open Resident Ambassador Dr. Kate Boehm presents a 60-year-old male patient who had a 1-year history of irritation in the left eye. Examination revealed suspected cancerous changes in the tarsal conjunctiva of the upper eyelid. An excision biopsy showed squamous cell carcinoma in situ.
