In this #FacetheCase video, PRS Global Open Resident Ambassador Dr. Macarena Vizcay presents A 28-year-old man presented with an abrasion injury of the left palm after a high-impact trauma. The injury had a full thickness skin defect, an open injury of the carpal tunnel with 50% transection of the median nerve, and a multilevel traction/avulsion injury of the thenar motor branch.

Watch as expert Dr. Tommy Nai-Jen Chang discusses the article and its results.
