The commission is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that oversees the process of case manager certification with its CCM credential and the process of disability management specialist certification with its CDMS credential. Anne Mercer, CIA, CFE, CFSA, is the public member of the Commission for Case Manager Certification. She is Director of Global Standards & Guidance at the Institute of Internal Auditors. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and previously served on the Global Board of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
