Valerie Stacy, RN, BSN, CCM, is currently serving on active duty in the Army Nurse Corps. Her rank is Major. Her 11 years of military nursing experience include Pediatric Acute Care, Instructor Army LPN Nursing Course, and Company Commander for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Medical Company, and most recently Valerie served as the Senior Nurse Case Manager for the West Point Warrior Transition Unit, West Point, NY. She also served in Operation Enduring Freedom in Bagram, Afghanistan, from 2006 to 2007, 14th Combat Support Hospital in the Medical/Surgical Unit. Valerie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Widener University, Chester, PA, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree. She is currently a Master of Science in nursing candidate in the MSN program of the Saint Peter's University, Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
