Kathryn M. Serbin, BSN, MS, CCM, is Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (www.ccmcertification.org), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies case managers. To date, more than 35,000 case managers have been board certified with the Certified Case Manager credential. Ms. Serbin is also Section Chief, Women's Health Clinic, and Senior Nurse, Surgical Clinics Ambulatory Care Center of the James A. Lovell Federal Healthcare Facility.

Sue Jensen, PhD, RN, CCM, MSCC, is Chair-Elect of the CCMC. She is also part owner of ALARIS, a case management company that offers specialized consulting services to maximize the recovery of injured employees.
