She is responsible for registered nurse case managers, social workers, and utilization review nurses. She formerly has served as a psychiatric nurse and director of a skilled nursing unit that she opened, was an administrative director of senior services for a hospital, and worked as a manager of an admitting/case management department before joining the Cleveland Clinic Family of Hospitals. Georgianna Bennett, BSM, RN, IQCI, ACM, has 30 years' experience as a registered nurse and 14 years' experience with quality and case management at Fairview Hospital, a more than 400-bed facility in Cleveland, Ohio. A registered nurse graduate of Fairview Hospital School of Nursing, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Management at California Coast University.
