Connie S. Wilkinson, PhD, RN, MPH, CNAA, is Program Director for Staff Development. She is doctoral prepared in Health and Human Services, certified in Advanced Nursing Administration and has 22 years of experience in education. She has received two education awards, 1999 National Nursing Staff Development Organization Excellence in Educational Technology Award and Sigma Theta Tau, Beta Mu Chapter 2000 Award of Distinction for Excellence in Education.
David Przestrzelski, MS, RN, is the Clinical Director of Nursing Programs. He is masters-prepared in Nursing Administration and has 15 years of experience leading nursing programs. In addition to membership on all Medical Center decision-making bodies, he chairs the Data Validation Committee, the Nurse Executive Board, and the Nursing Professional Practice Council.
Isabel Duff, MS, RN, is the Clinical Director of Primary Care. She was Chair of the Telephone Linked Care Design Team and is the program administrator. She is mastered-prepared in Nursing Administration. The TLC program received the National Performance Scissors Award for cutting costs awarded by Vice President Al Gore and Undersecretary of Health.
Kari J. Hite, MS, RN, is the Telephone Linked Care Coordinator at the SAVAHCS. She has 17 years telephone triage experience in the private sector and in the VHA healthcare system. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Omicron Tau Chapter, and the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nursing.
