Closed Preservation Rhinoplasty. In this case a subperichondrial dissection plane was used with preservation of Pitanguy’s ligament and repair of scroll ligaments along with tip delivery techniques for management of the tip. For the dorsum, high strip dorsal preservation was performed for treatment of axis deviation and a small dorsal convexity.
