Video demonstrates the authors preferred technique for the treatment of sagittal synostosis. This novel method involves: 3D planning (VSP) and an open approach to focus on immediate correction of the anteroposterior, mediolateral, and vertex dimensions, using vault remodeling, pedicled osseous ("Maltese") crosses, and corset pericranial flaps.
