Video demonstrates liposuction of the neck can be performed though a single 0.5cm submental incision. With adequate tumescent and materials, no general anesthesia is required. Radiofrequency ablation represents an emerging adjunct to liposuction that will help with improving post-operative skin tightening. The effect is to reduce the excess downward pull of the platysma on the skin over the mandible.
