This video demonstrates multiple wide awake extensor tendon repairs in the forearm. It also shows hand dorsum extensor tendon repair to the index finger and the relative motion extensor splint. This Merritt splint allows early active extension of the injured finger in a relaxed position relative to the uninjured fingers for extensor tendon lacerations and for sagittal band rupture injuries.
