This resulted in a marked involution of the tumor in 16 patients, a moderate involution in 5 patients, and a minimal response in 4. No local or systemic complications were noted. The overall incidence of ocular complications in the form of amblyopia or strabismus secondary to the hemangiomas was 16 percent. ©1985American Society of Plastic Surgeons
