Results

The risk of morality with CHD patient was increased during the SSKIN implementation (U=0.004, P<0.05).During the bundle implementation, the forecast for high risk of PUs by nurses was improved (U=0.03, P<0.05). The ratios of PUs declined significantly (U=0.038, P<0.05), and also the stage I PUs decreased after SSKIN implementation (U=0.022, P<0.05).

Conclusions

The SSKIN bundle was effective for prevention CHD patients with high risk PUs, and also provided systematic and scientific methods for nurses to reduce the incidence of PUs.
