There are an increasing number of women conceiving after organ transplant. According to the 2014 National Transplantation Pregnancy Registry report, a total of 1396 female organ transplant recipients reported 2463 pregnancies. In the present review, authors discuss concerns important to the obstetric anesthesia management of pregnant solid organ transplant recipients.
