Densie Webb, PhD, RD, based in Austin, Texas, is freelance food and science writer and editor and has written for US-based, nationally focused publications, including The New York Times, Woman's Day, First, Eating Well, Fitness, and Prevention. She is also associate editor for Environmental Nutrition newsletter and is the author or coauthor of 7 books, including Super Nutrition After 50 (1999) and The Dish on Eating Healthy and Being Fabulous! (2004).
Amy Barr, MS, EdM, RD, is a cofounder of Marr Barr, a Colorado-based communications firm dedicated to food, nutrition, agriculture, sustainability, and the natural environment. She is also a member of the Nutrition Today editorial board.
