Berdanier, Carolyn D. Ph.D.
Carolyn D. Berdanier obtained a Ph.D. in Nutrition at Rutgers University and is currently Professor in the Department of Foods and Nutrition at the University of Georgia in Athens. Her research focuses on the genetic aspects of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
