Eva Weston, RDN, LD, NBC-HWC, is a clinical, private-practice dietitian specializing in food allergies and was awarded the Global Community Liaison Office Fellowship to complete the internationally recognized Food Allergy Research and Education Course in Pediatric Food Allergy specifically for dietitians.
