Moore, Jeff BS/BS; McClain, Amanda PhD; Hong, Mee Young PhD, RD
Jeff Moore, BS/BS, is a teaching associate and graduate student in the dual master's program (MS exercise physiology, MS nutritional sciences) in the School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at San Diego State University (SDSU). Mr Moore previously graduated from SDSU with bachelor of science degree (BS) in biology and a BS in foods and nutritional sciences and is currently performing research on the interconnections of physiology and nutritional and exercise sciences.
Amanda McClain, PhD, is an assistant professor in School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences, SDSU, specializing in community nutrition. Dr McClain previously graduated from Cornell University with a PhD in nutritional sciences and minor in developmental sociology and human development.
Mee Young Hong, PhD, RD, is a professor in School of Exercise and Nutritional Sciences, SDSU. Dr Hong also holds a co–principal investigator position at SDSU Research Foundation WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program. The main research focus is lifestyle and nutritional and dietary supplement approaches to prevention and management of cardiometabolic diseases and colon cancers.
