FIGURE Kathleen L. Cappellano is the Nutrition Information Manager at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (HNRCA) at Tufts University. She is also an Instructor at the Tufts University School of Nutrition Science and Policy. She serves on the Nutrition Education Committee, the HNRCA Library Committee, and the Health Sciences Library Information Resources Committee at Tufts University. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Society for Nutrition Education and serves on the Board and committees of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association.
