Patricia Schroeder is a clinical assistant professor and the director of strategic initiatives at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. Lenard L. Parisi is the president of Strategic Quality Solutions and a lecturer at Thomas Jefferson College of Population Health in Philadelphia, Pa. Rhonda Foster is the vice president of patient care and CNO at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles (Calif.).
