This 2-year capstone project created system-level councils to strengthen decision making within the largest not-for-profit home and community-based healthcare organization in the United States.

Edna Cadmus is a clinical professor and specialty director, Graduate Leadership Tracks, at Rutgers, The State University, in Newark, N.J. Patricia Helms is the former director of shared governance at VNSNY and current member of Helms Ventures, LLC. Mary Ann Christopher is the president of Christopher STH Consulting, LLC. Regina Hawkey is the former senior vice president and chief of provider services at VNSNY.
