Demographic profile and job satisfaction

This study updates the profile of nurses from the Philippines working in America and explores the association of their job satisfaction with demographic and work-related variables.

Leo-Felix M. Jurado is an associate professor at William Paterson University of New Jersey in Wayne, N.J. Marlon Garzo Saria is an assistant professor of translational neurosciences and neurotherapeutics and the director of the Center for Quality and Outcomes Research at the Providence Saint John's Health Center John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, Calif.

This study was funded in part by the PNAA. Leo-Felix M. Jurado was a past president, current parliamentarian, and the advisor of the research committee for the PNAA. Marlon Garzo Saria is the chair of the research committee for the PNAA.
