Abstract

Hemorrhagic pseudotumor occurs in approximately 1% to 2% of patients with hemophilia. This lesion is exceptionally rare in nonhemophiliac individuals. The authors present a case of treated right ischial plasmacytoma with a progressively enlarging expansile hemorrhagic pseudotumor, documented on 18F-FDG PET/CT and MRI and confirmed by histology.
