However, with the widespread use of 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT, various reports of nonprostatic uptake of 68Ga-PSMA in both benign and malignant lesions have also appeared. We report a recently diagnosed case of prostate cancer demonstrating diffuse 68Ga-PSMA expression in both the lobes of thyroid gland, which on further clinical and biochemical investigations was established as hypothyroidism.
