Head and neck paragangliomas are rare and often asymptomatic tumors and mostly present as painless masses. We describe 68Ga PSMA 11 PET/CT and 68Ga DOTANOC PET/CT findings of a 40 year old man with triple head and neck paragangliomas with emphasis on exploring the possible theranostic options.
