As a result of its rarity and nonspecific symptomatology, it may be inadequately evaluated at initial presentation and frequently mistaken for other pathologic processes. The authors present a case of Hodgkin disease with multiple vertebral lesions demonstrated by PET/CT and MR. © 2005 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
