Two variants observed during radiogallium Imaging are presented. In one, soft tissue uptake was enhanced at sites of external tissue overlap. In the lower abdomen, this produced a “bathing trunks” appearance. The second variant was a result of bone uptake of radiogallium in the vertebral column. With severe scoliosis, the vertebral column appears to cross the sternum, producing a “hook” appearance.
