Extraosseous localization of various calcified and non-calcified lesions has been described extensively in the literature in both benign and neoplastic conditions. A case of renal cell carcinoma showing avid uptake of bone seeking radiopharmaceutical is presented. Calcification, but no ossification was demonstrated in the lesion. This adds another area of extraosseous uptake In addition to others described before.
