Abstract

Editor's note: The reader needs to be aware of the advanced nature of these exercises, and that appropriate and mature muscle structure is necessary before these movements are attempted. Also, it is described by the author as an assistive weight traning exercise, to be applied to sports where trunk extension is common (e.g. offensive line play in football, jumping in basketball, etc.).
