Intracerebral epidermoid cyst is a rarely discussed entity. The presence of a tumor in more than one lobe has never been discussed. Magnetic resonance imaging characteristics of the tumor have been presented in only 13 cases, mostly only T1 and T2 images. To our knowledge the intracerebral location of the tumor has only been shown once on fluid attenuated inversion recovery and diffusion weighted imaging sequences. We present a unique intracerebral epidermoid cyst involving more than one lobe and depict the characteristic imaging of tumor on fluid attenuated inversion recovery and diffusion weighted imaging.
