Where to go for more information on the topics discussed in this issue of Neurology Now and for a directory of patient advocacy organizations.

Thanks to a generous educational grant from Lundbeck, The Huntington's Disease Society of America (HDSA) is able to provide a complimentary copy of A Physician's Guide to the Management of Huntington's Disease to every HD family when they send or call the HDSA national office with the name, address, and phone number of the neurologist and primary care provider seen by the person with HD. Families should also include their mailing address and phone number.

Upon receipt, HDSA will send the family one free copy of the all new A Physician's Guide. A copy will also be sent to the neurologist and primary care provider.

HDSA is requesting physician information in order to expand their ability to provide resources to the HD Community. They often get requests for the names of physicians with experience treating HD.

Correspondence with HDSA is completely private. No information is shared with Lundbeck. In addition, HDSA contacts all physicians to get their permission before listing them on the organization's Web site.

For a copy of the guide, please contact Anita Mark Paul by phone at 800-345-4372, extension 219, or by e-mail at
