To complement our popular Forefoot and Heel Relief Orthoses for the treatment of plantar ulcers:

The ipos Forefoot Long has a 10 degree dorsiflexed inclination to prevent the forefoot from making contact with the ground during the gait cycle. The shoe features a full length sole to give the patient a sense of added stability while significantly off-loading pressure from the affected areas of the forefoot. The sole is reinforced with a stainless steel insert which assures a comfortable wearing experience. The sole has an anterior fabric rim to protect the toes from any ground contact. The Forefoot Long is recommended for elderly patients or patients with ambulatory difficulties. Available in 4 sizes.

The ipos Surgical Boot is made from a soft permeable fabric and can be opened with a back zipper and a wide top flap. The shoe is easy to don and offers room for additional inserts or any wrappings and bandages. The shoe is completely washable and very light weight. Available in 7 sizes left and right.
