Toward a More Analytic Framework for Public Health Workforce Research

This commentary focuses on public health workforce research and development of a conceptual capacity model for assessing the public health capacity, which incorporates multiple variables such as data, resources, systems, relationships, and workforce and attempts to collectively link these to health outcomes.
