An error was identified in the statistical calculations in the R-package algorithm, in the article by Rahikainen et al . . The mistake does not change the main results or conclusions in the paper, but unfortunately causes alterations in the numbers, which appear in the text and in , as well as in , and in the Supplementary Table S2-6 (Supplemental digital content 1, http://links.lww.com/FPC/B311 ).
