METHODOLOGY:

Using vaginal molds and split thickness skin graft harvested from the anterior thigh with a dermatome, the graft is placed into a dissected area deep to the vaginal membrane.

The patient's preoperative history and imaging are displayed, followed by an overview of the technique. Each succeeding step of the procedure, from harvesting of the skin graft and suturing of the mold to dissection into the vaginal membrane and positioning of the graft, is clearly demonstrated. Postoperative followup is shown.
