In the article on pages 61–62 of the March/April 2016 issue, in the 3rd paragraph, the 2nd to last sentence should read as follows:

This past spring, AUGS began site activation processes for 20 pioneer sites for the PFDR-QI and PFDR-R and full launch of these 2 registries is anticipated in 2016.
