Suzanne Weiss, MM, MHA, RN, is vice president/chief nursing officer at Aurora Health Care Medical Group. In her role, she standardizes nursing practice across a large medical group and supports ambulatory shared governance and use of evidence-based practice by ambulatory nurses.
Cynthia H. Phelan, PhD, RN, is a senior nurse scientist and research manager at Advocate Aurora Health. Her role is to facilitate building staff skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical research.
