Melissa Suzuki, BScN, RN, is a graduate student (MSN) at Trinity Western University. She works as a Clinical Nurse Educator of Child, Youth and Young Adult Mental Health in British Columbia, Canada.

Sonya Grypma, PhD, RN, is a nurse historian and Professor and Dean of Nursing at Trinity Western University in Langley, Canada. Her second book China Interrupted: Japanese internment and the reshaping of a Canadian missionary community was released by Wilfrid Laurier University Press in 2012.
