Laura Jablonski, MSN, RN, is a recent graduate from the MSN program at Trinity Western University. She currently occupies an interprofessional faculty position with the University of Manitoba's Department of Family Medicine teaching unit, Northern Connection Medical Centre.

Sonya Grypma, PhD, RN, is a nurse historian. She is also Professor and Dean of Nursing at Trinity Western University in Langley, Canada. Her second book China interrupted: Japanese internment and the reshaping of a Canadian missionary community was released by Wilfrid Laurier University Press in 2012.
