Susan A. Salladay, PhD, RN, teaches nursing education in the MSN program at Liberty University online and also teaches in an LPN-to-RN transition program sponsored by Miami Valley Career Technology Center and Sinclair Community College. She writes columns on nursing ethics in Nursing and Journal of Christian Nursing.

Marcia Bitting, MPH, MSN, RN, is a pediatric nurse practitioner student at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center, San Antonio and is working on her Advance Practice Genetic Nursing certification. She serves as president of the Southwest Texas chapter of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association.
